Expected litters at Haapet's
NO*Haapet's C-litter is hopefully expected mid April

Still early days, but it can look like our dear Zita is expecting kittens mid April. This is a combination we are extremely excited about!
Dominic is to me a representative of the original Norwegian forrest cat. It is nearly so that I feel I can see the wild cat from the forrest, looking into his eyes. This despite the fact that he is just sooo kind.
Dominic has a strong boning that he has proven to give on to his offspring. His ears have good shape and great setting. As mentioned, I also love his look. He also have a very good top of the head and a high quality coat.
Our dear Zita has also got a strong boning. A beautiful classic look. Very good quality on the coat. Beautiful and clear silver. Her ears are OK in size but are a bit high set and could have been more pointed, but they end in nice lynx tufs that I hope she will give on to her offspring. She is a small girl, but there is uncertainty if the size is due to genetics or her hard start in this life.
We expect kittens with strong boning and a beautiful classic look.
They both have a very good temperament.
I am just so excited to see what comes out of this combination!!!

Males and females: Black/brown. Silver can be expected. Both are carrying non-agouti, so both agouti and non-agouti can be expected. Dilutions might occur (blue). Dominic carries dilution, but we what don't know is if Zita does. Most likely all kittens will be with white |

Dominic will hopefully be tested for GSDIV soon. If he is not tested in time for the litter, the kittens will be tested. Zita tested GSDIV normal
This is a very exciting combination. Dominic has given beautiful offspring earlier and even a beautiful litter in combination with Zita's mother. This will be Zita's first litter so we are very excited to see the result. Dominic is also the father of our B-litter. I again want to thank Anne Marie for making this combination possible. | |
